Jonathan and Carter are inseparable. They are truly the best of friends. We are lucky that we get to watch Carter every day when his mom is at work. You would think they would get tired of each other but they never do. Some days they spend the whole day together and still cry when they have to leave each other. One day a couple of weeks ago Debbie dropped Carter off at 8am and then had something to do that evening so I said to just leave Carter. She got here at 9pm (so 13 hours later) and sure enough Carter said "Now can Jonny come to my house?" They play so amazingly good together. I would say 99% of the time they are the best of friends. It makes life so much easier for me because having Carter over is never a chore. We love him. Jonny asks every day if it is a "Carter day". Once when I asked Jonny a series of questions about his life I asked the question "What is your favorite day?" He said "My favorite day is a Carter day". And every night when we say what we are thankful for before our family prayer, without fail Jonny will say that he is thankful that he got to play with Carter. Their favorite things to do are play with Geo Trax (or any train set), play outside, play army or superheros, play with the space shuttle, race cars, go on the Front Runner (a commuter train to Ogden), go to Jumping Jacks (a bounce house), catch bugs, sing "Cha cha cha cha cha...Chocolate!", dance, hide, etc. They are really great boys. I am super lucky to get to watch what crazy fun things they come up with. They are never bored when they are together. I have to add that Jonathan cracks me up when he says to Carter "Let's pretend we are real brothers, okay?"
