VIP Jonny

Jonny was the VIP for the week in his kindergarten class. This meant he got to be the line leader for the week as well as bring a poster all about himself and bring a guest reader to read his favorite book to the class on Friday. Pretty cool stuff for a kid! He chose his Dad to be his guest reader and he chose the book "Baby Brains" by Simon James as his favorite book. He was so excited to tell me that the kids in his class liked the book and thought it was funny and that everyone liked his Dad too. Bruce loved getting an inside view into Jonny's classroom and was really proud of Jonny when a boy at his table kept trying to distract him from doing his work but Jonny just keep working anyway. His teacher has been praising him for getting all his work done in class. It is fun to see Jonny loving school.
