Bruce cracked me up the other night when he told me that you can tell a lot about a man by what he finds in his bed. Bruce found Lightning McQueen, a dinosaur and nursing pads scattered throughout the sheets. That is the stage of life we are in.
I have found it really hard to keep the house organized and clean with 3 kids. I am trying...but all the loads of laundry and lack of sleep don't help my cause. One of my friends came over and saw my messy house. I feel like I have to continually swallow my pride as I let people see my dirty dishes, crumbs on the floor, piles of laundry and dirty diapers piled up. She was sweet though and said "This isn't a mess--this is happiness and reminds me of the glory days that I miss now that I am not in the baby stage." So I don't live in a mess. I live in my own happiness (at least that is what I am now telling myself).

Don't feel too down, I only have one child and I can't manage to keep the house clean. You are so great to your kids and making memories with them is FAR more important than a clean house.
